Whilst working for Karen and John Dineen at BIG4 Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, Kath Massey saw the need for an industry experienced online support service to assist parks with online marketing and management. Armed with a laptop and Dineen Tourism Management as a first client, MOM opened the doors in 2009 and now works with holiday parks and tourist businesses Australia wide.
