Does your AirBnB listing need verifying?
Have you received an email from Airbnb to verify your listing? If not, you may soon! Here's what you need to know.
One of Airbnb's biggest concerns is that a listing won't be where it says it is. To alleviate this, Airbnb have created a new way for hosts to verify their listing. The process will be:
- You or someone you know will take new photos or videos at your listing that guests won’t see.
- Airbnb will guide you through the process and review within 24 hours.
- Your verification details are handled according to their privacy policy and never shared with guests.
- Once your listing has been verified, you'll get a badge to let future guests know the location is accurate.
If you can't be at your listing within the timeframe, you could ask a colleague or friend to help. Or, don't hesitate to reach out to MOM for a site visit!
