What is RMS?
RMS is one of the most widely used property management systems across the world’s hospitality industry and is very popular in the Australian holiday parks industry. If you’ve stayed at a holiday park or hotel in Australia, there’s a good chance at least one has been run using this platform! Learning how to use RMS and execute everyday tasks required of the front office staff will give you the confidence to step into the workplace and perform your role successfully. Additionally, the business practices you learn practising on RMS are transferrable to different property management systems.
Get comfortable with the language
When entering a new job or learning to use new technology it can take a while to adjust to the industry-specific terminology. During your training workshop, our trainer will start to introduce you to the language used in the front desk workspace.
Do things at your pace
Because these courses are online, you can partake from the comfort of your own home using whatever resources you have. Additionally, you will be sent a recording and homework after the workshop is finished so you can take the skills you’ve learnt and further put them into practice. This allows you time to focus on any areas you were unsure of and send any queries you may have to our helpful team.
