I am very excited to share the promotion of our much loved staff member, Jared Russell, to the role of General Manager. This is a new role for MOM and Jared brings a wealth of experience, innovative thinking and a fresh perspective to the table.
Jared joined the MOM team nearly four years ago and since then he's been an integral and influential asset, not just to the team here at MOM, but to me personally. It's due to his exceptional dedication and passion that this role has been created. He has a deep understanding of our business operations and I am confident that his leadership style, proactive approach and strategic decision-making will significantly contribute to the continued success and growth of our business and yours.
This promotion reflects our commitment to recognising and nurturing talent within our organisation, and we look forward to witnessing the positive impact our newly appointed General Manager will have.
